A Szent Gellért Hotel földszintjén nyílt meg a város első kézműves sörözője, ahol 2015 augusztusától kaphatóak a székesfehérvári püspök sörei. A söröket Spányi Antal megrendelésére, egyedi recept alapján Német Antal sörfőző készíti Pein Ádámmal közös vállalkozásukban, a Monyo Sörfőzdében. A 10. jubileumi főzdefeszten közel 50 hazai kisüzemi főzde közül ők nyerték el az év sörfőzdéje kitüntetést. A Szent Imre búzasört, a Szent Gellért pilseni típusú sört és a Prépost portert kizárólag Székesfehérváron, a Szent Gellért Hotel földszintjén működő kézműves sörözőben lehet kapni.

Németh Antal sörfőző mester elmondta, nagy büszkeség, hogy a fehérvári püspök sörét készíthetik. „A kézműves sörök területén egyre inkább érezni lehet, hogy az egyház kezdi visszahozni azokat a hagyományokat, amelyek évszázadokig megvoltak. A sörökkel próbáltunk arra törekedni, hogy minél szélesebb rétegek ízlését tudjuk kiszolgálni. Háromféle sört főzünk, a Szent Gellért egy pilseni típusú sör, ami Csehországban népszerű, a prépost barna, angol típusú sör, de Magyarországon is nagy hagyományai voltak, ezen kívül egy bajor típusú búzasör, a Szent Imre egészíti ki a palettát.” – emelte ki Németh Antal, aki másokkal ellentétben örül annak, hogy a püspöki sörök kizárólag Fehérváron kaphatóak, mert „a sör hagyományosan mindig egy lokális dolog volt, a sörfőzdék a saját településüknek készítették a sörüket.”

The Hiemer House is a listed compound of buildings of significant value that has been restored in the city centre of Székesfehérvár and which has been created by the fusion of three medieval buildings. The value of this listed building is given by its relatively well-preserved remains of medieval buildings, baroque frescos and the stucco-work decorating the walls inside and out. Its historic importance also contributes to its value: its former owners were from the most distinguished class of the city.

This is why this block has preserved the names of its owners and families living inside the most well-known of which were Mihály Hiemer, Count Ferdinand Caraffa and Mátyás Pfund (Font). The Hiemer-Font-Caraffa block is first mentioned after the end of the Ottoman rule, in 1688 when in the city re-consecrated by Bishop Pál Széchenyi the mainly run-down buildings were also re-consecrated.

It is a complex providing fully comprehensive services for all modern needs containing several conference halls, press room, two apartments, a restaurant. On the side of the building facing the Town Hall (Városháza) Square we can find the Tourinform Office and the Fehérvár Gift Shop. This building houses the wedding hall of the city and in May 2011 the Hetedhét (behind the beyond) Toy Museum was opened presenting its collection recognised even on a European level. In the cellar an escape room :  "The Captain's Secrets " is waiting for the players.

The characters of the clockworks represent the figures of kings whose names are connected to legends. The historical figures first appear at 10 o’clock in the morning accompanied with music and later we can see them again at 12:04 when all the bells of the city’s churches finish chiming. After that every two hours, at two, four and six o’clock the royal figures make their procession. The music of the carillon which accompanies the chiming is a folk song entitled “Oh, where are you shining Hungarian star” which is linked to King St. Stephen and also a medieval tune the „O Pastor aeterne”. The figures of the clockworks are the following: the trombone player, St. Stephen (István) and Prince Emeric (Imre), King St. Ladislaus (László), St. Elizabeth (Erzsébet) and St. Margaret (Margit), King Matthias (Mátyás) and Queen Beatrix. The clockface  is special, it has a 24-hour arrangement. The numbers on the light background show the daylight hours while the ones on the dark background show the evening and night hours. The 12 months, a star map and a horoscope disc  connected to the clockface as well. This rotates adjusting the correct picture to the name of the month thus going round once a year on the face. The Clock Museum hundreds of wall-clocks, grandfather clocks, pocket-watches, wrist-watches and even the mechanism of a tower clock from the 17^th century can be seen. Advanced bookingis needed.
