Memorial of the 10th Hussar Regiment
On the pedestal covered by stone plates there is a naked horseman holding a sword commemorating the hussars who had died in World War I. The work of art is the splendid piece of Pál Pátzay.
This monument can be found in Városház square that is one of the most beautiful and well-known square of Székesfehérvár. It depicts a naked horseman holding a sword in his hand. Pál Pátzay made it for the order of the 10th Hussar Officer corps. It was inaugurated in 1939 commemorating to the Limanowa battle that was the bloodiest battle of the World War I.
