Diocesan Visitor Center
Seven stations, three settlements and a new pilgrimage. We can get to know the pilgrimage stations of the Footsteps of the Hungarian Holy Family in the new Diocese Visitor Center.With the help of the digital improvements you can roam the stations of the pilgrimage which are the parts of the history of St. Stephen king and his family.
The Visitor Center is a special building according to its construction, since among its walls, in the visitor hall the former Monostor bastion's northern wall can be found. It was the wall of the town. This was injured and collapsed during the Turkish battles. Inside the pilgrims can watch the ruins, the valuable books, documentaries of the Bishop Archives. In a separate room interactive workshops are held for student groups by the Visitor Center's colleagues. It is worth visiting the Diocese Museum's spectacular exhibitions as well. There St. Stephen's Herm, the most precious treasure can be seen.
